Feeddo 0.6.5

FIXED   – Regression regarding using tabs and back button due refactoring of some of streets interfaces used by boot. Still need to do a cleaner separation between the content of the boot and the app within the extension piece. Thank you to Jason X. for reporting this.

FIXED   – improved the dashboard to make it more intuitive to users that they can click on the star next to the subscription name to toggle the favorite status of a subscription. Thank you Rajesh for suggesting this.

FIXED   – improved the speed of the fadeIn transition.

UPDATE  – change the default ranking logic to be Favorite+Alpha if users have more than 10 subscriptions and Alpha if they have less than 10 subcription. People you use the product for the first time like the predictability of “alphanumeric” sorting. We will improve overtime the “adaptive” ranking to allow of transparent transition to score based ranking.

FIXED   – fixed the bug preventing the user to scroll through the content of the preferences page.

FEATURE – auto mark as read capabilities. There is a preference knob which allows you to turn on auto mark as read within Feeddo and configure the delay you would like feeddo to wait because it considers that the articles visible on the page should be considered marked as read. By default, this behavior is turned off. This feature exists in Google Reader so this is a copy. Thanks to Rajesh for reporting that.

If you have the time, go to the preference page and play with the auto-mark as read feature and see if it works for you.
