Feedly+Android Update

A lot of people have been asking us about feedly for Android. We are working hard on porting our mobile development framework (called streets) to Android so that we can push out a beta.  Here are some screenshots from last night’s team meeting. It is great to see streets coming alive on Android!

We are probably 2-4 weeks away from a public beta.

From a technical perspective, we are pretty excited to be able to run the exact same application on both iOS and Android! More on this once v1 is out of the door!

  1. Awesome. This is great to hear. I’ve been wondering when this blog post would show up.
I can’t wait to replace my great Google Reader app with an even greater feedly app, just as I did with the web apps.

  2. Amazing news! Can’t wait to try it! My android really needs a decent feed reader… And you are the best!

  3. Ohhhh….this is so good news. I am really looking forward to test and use it.

    Best regards, M.

  5. Agreed! This is awesome news. I cannot wait for the public beta. Of course, I am more than happy to be a private beta (or alpha, charlie, fox, gamma…you name it) tester.
